“ interesting take on ramen. went with the red king with level 3 spice level but didnt think it was that spicy, quite mild. the noodles were springy and has a nice bite to it. the broth was fatty and thick, just the way a good ramen broth should be. interesting twist with a couple of minced meat and a slab of pork belly instead of slices.. thou the meat was very tender - almost like a melt in your mouth type. the edamame however, was a little soggy. the freshness is questionable here. overall decent experience here, service was top notch and very attentive. ”
